At Move Fitness ABQ, take classes in the Nia Technique, Mixxed Fit, Ecstatic Dance, African dance, and more. Our teachers are experienced and inspiring. We have a sprung floor that’s easy on your joints and a great sound system so you can enjoy moving your body every day.

Drop in to any of our classes. Beginners are welcome in all classes.

Our studio is located at the corner of San Mateo and Lomas. We're downstairs across from the Quarter Celtic. There is covered parking on the lower level.
