SUBU CrossFit

SUBU is an acronym for Show Up & Blow Up! We started our gym in the backyard and in those early days all we ever asked of our participants was to show up and be ready to put forth the effort that it takes to complete a workout. We know that two of the biggest challenges for many people are making it to the gym and then making the most of the time spent there. We believe that if you can commit to those two things then you can achieve any goal you set for yourself. This belief is the foundation of our gym and the culture of SUBU CrossFit.
