Suburban Showdown

Location: 5002 E. Nasa Pkwy., Seabrook, Tx 77586
Date: Saturday, October 1st
Divisions: Male/Male, Female/Female, and Co-Ed pairs.
Cost: $150 Per Team

This will be an "intermediate" level competiton hosted by U Can CrossFit. Our definition of an intermediate athlete is somebody who can perform some workouts at their affiliate as recommended, but might be limited by high level skills and weights.

For Example, we would expect a competitor to be able to:
Swing a (53/35) kettle bell
Perform various forms of squatting with no limitations of reaching full range of motion; air, back, front, goblet, overhead.
(24"/20") Box Jumps
(135/95) Ground-Shoulder-Overhead
Lunges
Single Unders
Burpee's
Push Ups
Deadlifts (225/155)
Wall Balls (20/14)
Sit Ups
Run
Row
Lift/Carry/Move awkward objects.
Etc.

There WILL NOT be:
Pistols
Pull-Ups
Ring Dips
Muscle Ups
Handstand Push Ups
Back Flips
Etc.

An intermediate athlete should be able to complete most of the benchmark workouts as recommended.
