“Attitude is everything” and all the management of a given operation must be involved and instilled with the concept of employee training. The workers will do what is expected of them if they understand their jobs. If the workers do not understand their jobs, the management must assume the responsibility of educating those employees. This assumption is one of the ingredients to the development of attitudes. Without the proper attitudes and motivations, you cannot have a smooth, productive operation.
