Sue Haviland, CRMP with TowneBank Mortgage

Sue Haviland is a reverse mortgage specialist with over 30 years as a mortgage professional, the last 16 of which she has spent focused on the reverse space. She is one of a small number who hold the Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional designation and takes great pride in making sure each client receives personal service, with information tailored to their specific needs. Sue shares her knowledge of this product with professional organizations as well as the public. She has written for several publications, and is a contributing author to “62 Senior Moments’ and “Priceless Caregiving, Stories of Elder Care Success, Courage, and Strength”. Sue has appeared on WBAL TV and WCBM Radio in Baltimore, MD, as well as WVOI Radio in Southwest FL.

In addition to belonging to several professional and networking groups, she is a proud Rotary member, a member of the Advisory Board to her local Office on Aging, and a member of the Harford County Women’s Giving Circle, a group of women who are committed to philanthropy in their local area.
