Sugar B's Bakery & Cafe

Located in a beautifully remodeled antebellum home the original Sugar Bateman House in historic downtown Prattville built in the 1850s boasts four fireplaces, large antique windows, and pine floors all original to the home ready for your next event. With up to 75 guests comfortably seated, our venue is truly a one of kind available space.

Sugar B's currently offers desserts and baked goods by custom order only. We will gladly bake anything that was offered in our storefront with advance notice. We also specialize with on and off site catering featuring customized menus uniquely created for each event such as weddings, luncheons, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, and more.

A culinary school graduate, our owner/chef Michelle Hillman pours, measures, bakes, grills, stirs, chops, cuts, and whisk with only the finest freshest ingredients. Michelle Hillman has catered successfully for over 20 years serving the most fabulous fresh tastes from the bakery and her own original southern cuisine.

We understand how important amazing tasting food is when you've hired someone else to prepare for you, your friends, and your family.
