Welcome to Edible Creations by Liz Townsend! Since 2009,
I have been challenged to design and decorate cakes that meet all your desires
and visions for any special day.
From a grand wedding design to a 1st birthday, your events are made to be
memorable to you and I am honored to be a part of those memories!
I hope to help you realize the theme of the special day,
whether it is similar to a cake picture you've found, or bringing your imagination

What We Do
Here at Edible Creations I strive to give you the most show-stopping cake
that not only is beautiful to the eye, but is mouthwatering as well.

I offer free wedding consultations with tastings of both of the most popular
frostings used in todays design, which are my signature buttercream and
white almond whipped covered with our based rolled fondant. Along with 2
of the 5 basic cake flavors I offer. Choc, Vanilla, Yellow, Almond Butter, Red Velvet
[Additional flavors available at extra chg.]

There is a delivery fee to Blair, Oakland and Fremont areas.

Saturdays I am busy with cakes and cake deliveries.

I do understand predicaments with being out of town
brides and I can, and will, make exceptions if it is called for.
