I believe in evidence based recommendations and that the basis for a healthy life is a whole foods, clean diet that is reasonable and sustainable even for the busy professional who can’t cook (like me!). I teach that a healthy diet means limiting sugar and processed foods, focusing on nutrient dense high fiber fruits and vegetables, encouraging healthy fats and lean protein, and maintaining hydration. I also believe that there is no such thing as a bad food, just better choices. You won’t find fad diets or multi level marketing schemes. No must have supplements. No crazy calorie counts.
