Summerhill Cooperative is an independent living community of on the go adults 55+ and better. Our life style is one of easy living. Summerhill is a beautiful three story building located in an established - yet quiet neighborhood. We are next to the Maplewood Nature Center which offers 40-acres of oak woods, ponds and prairie with walkways, programs and events for your enjoyment.

Beautifully decorated common areas enhance the building and provide us with social and recreational facilities without ever leaving home. Participate as you please in recreational games, parties, potlucks and many other member-planned events.
