Sun Health Foundation

Sun Health Foundation is the core charitable giving partner for Banner Boswell Medical Center, Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center and Banner Sun Health Research Institute. This Arizona nonprofit also provides support for the senior center, Alzheimer’s residence, and special adult’s residence and hospice facilities. Sun Health Foundation also has developed special teams to guide and assist in raising funds for four key hospital and research priorities: Cardiology, Neurosciences, Research and Orthopedics.

Sun Health Community Health Programs

At Sun Health, we believe programs fostering health and wellness outside the hospital setting are just as important as those within. Therefore, we continue to develop and implement community-based health programs that are top of mind among those we serve, such as our CareTransitions and Medication Management programs. As the nation’s health care system becomes more challenging, programs promoting personal responsibility for one’s health are becoming more important. Aligning with our service areas, our programs cater to those 55 and up by giving them the support, guidance and resources to transition from the hospital setting, cope with chronic health issues and manage their medication regimens.
