Sun Moon Yoga

Sun Moon brings Mankato a non-competitive, holistic educational environment, with qualified teachers who teach yoga’s preventative/ therapeutic techniques (in classes, workshops and trainings) for a variety of health issues for people of all ages, ability and income levels.

Our goal is to provide a comfortable, soothing, and clean atmosphere for people of all levels to grow and transform through the regular practice of yoga. We strive to support and encourage our students with compassion and humor. And finally, to demonstrate that with steadfast honest hard work of a consistent yoga practice, unification of the body, mind and spirit will manifest perfect health.

Sun Moon Yoga Studios offers a variety of classes and yoga teacher training courses including a 300-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training, a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) program, Yoga for Pregnancy classes, Beginner Yoga classes, Basic Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and numerous other yoga classes.
