'Sun&Body Works' located in Sour Lake in the Strawberry Fields Cottage/ Mindy's Salon building off of Hwy 105. Whether you live in the Beaumont area or in town, I am just a short drive down Hwy 105. I also do mobil tan parties!

I use all Infinity Sun products, based out of Hollywood, this is what all of the celebrities use!! My system is top of the line and features 10 different settings each on low/medium/ high to better customize the desired results you are looking for. I treat each client with the upmost respect and privacy. All client information and sessions are kept strictly confidential. NO judgement here!! If you want to advertise your tan however you feel necessary, feel free to do so. I LOVE HAPPY CLIENTS!l!

FAQ's

I've had a tan from a booth, is airbrush tanning the same?
No, its a completely different experience. Unlike a spray booth, airbrushing can be totally personalized. You are hand sprayed by a certified technician,(me) who is able to ensure that your tan is even and streak free. I can accentuate certain areas while lightly covering others, so that you achieve the most natural look. You recieve a tan customized to your needs every time!

Is the solution safe?
Yes. Sun&Body Works uses an all natural, paraben-free solution. The active ingredient, Dihydroxyacetone or DHA, has been FDA approved for decades and is derived from sugar cane.

How does the solution tan my skin?
The DHA in the solution reacts with the proteins in the outermost layer of your skin to produce the tanning effect. The process is similar to the way an apple's flesh turns brown after it is cut.

How long will my tan last?
The tan lasts 7-14 days depending on skin condition, maintenance, and lifestyle.

How old do I have to be to get spray tanned?
You can spray tan at any age, however if you are under 18 you must have parental consent.

Can I get an airbrush tan while pregnant?
Yest, but a written consent from your doctor is necessary.

What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that things can come up, but please give me the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice.

How long does it take to get spray tanned?
The spraying process and drying time only takes about 10-15 minutes.

Preparation:
~Shower (you will not be able to shower 8 to 12 hours after your tan. )
~Shave
~Exfoliate with Infinity Sun's non-abrasive body polisher.
Only use an abrasive exfoliant up to 3 days prior to your session as this will create abrasions that will interfere with the evenness of the application.
~Do not wear lotion
~I recommend using the Ph balancing Normalization treatment before your tan. (only $3)
~Wear loose, dark clothing and open toed sandals or flip-flops.
~ It's recommended to not wear jeans or tight pants with seams.
~Pedicures, manicures, waxing, massages, and/or getting your hair done should all be scheduled prior to tanning session.

AFTERCARE
~Wait until the following day to shower or at least 8 hours.
~DO NOT workout or sweat immediately after your tan. Wait until after your first shower to workout. The sweat will cause streaks that will ruin your tan.
~No dancing in the rain after your tan!! Bring an umbrella if rain is in the forecast.
~Avoid hot showers, getting into a jacuzzi or saunas. Swimming is ok after the allowed time for your tan to develop, but note excessive swimming will strip your tan sooner.
~ If you are going on vacation, I recommend purchasing a tan extender. I sell two types of Infinity Sun extenders which are wonderful! The Infinity Sun shimmer lotion and GLOW ON THE GO aerosol. Both products contain the same DHA as your sessions. The lotion will keep your skin hydrated in between sessions and the aerosol is great for touch ups for your face area and or feet.
~ It is KEY to moisturize morning and evening to maintain the longevity of your sun-kissed glow!

NOTE: EVEN THOUGH YOU WILL LOOK LIKE YOU SPENT A WEEK IN THE TROPICS, PLEASE USE THE SAME PRECAUTION AND USE SUNBLOCK IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE OUT IN THE SUN. MY PRODUCTS DO NOT CONTAIN SPF. Take care of your skin peeps!
