Sundance Hospital: Premiere Inpatient Care for Children, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics

This program focuses on crisis management and stabilization for people with psychiatric, behavioral or chemical dependency problems who require care in a 24-hour inpatient hospital environment. Inpatient hospitalizations may vary and include individual and group therapy sessions along with therapeutic recreational activities such as music, dance, art and pastoral care. The child and adolescent unit is divided into three units which are separated by age and gender to discourage incidents and inappropriate behavior. Our philosophy is to employ the least restrictive methods possible and patients may only be admitted on a voluntary basis.


Sundance Center: Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient care for Children, Adolescents and Adults (Fort Worth and Arlington)

The purpose of Sundance Center, our partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient program, is to help our patients understand and overcome their specific disorders in a structured day treatment program. Patients will engage in cognitive group therapy, process & skills groups, relationship building, medication education, and goal-setting. This intensive approach is most appropriate for patients who have more severe symptoms and require a more structured environment, but do not require the 24-hour supervision of inpatient services. This program is also beneficial in making the transition from inpatient care to home.
