Mission Statement: Provide outstanding animal, musical, nature-based, artistic and eventually aquatic therapeutic care targeted for people with varying abilities and disabilities as well as provide a learning opportunity and venue for local schools and other events.

Company Goals and Objectives: Short term- provide a ranch and “village” day camp for people with Special Needs as well as a nature escape for local schools. This venue will also be available for rent for private functions. The initial grounds will consist of a stable, greenhouse/butterfly preserve, activity huts, outdoor auditorium and multiple pathways for hikes and walks. Long-term- With the addition of cabins for family stays the grounds will eventually transform into a week-long retreat, possibly even a summer camp. Addition of aquatic therapy is highly interesting and will be attainable with time and money. With expansion outward from the original site further therapy options may present themselves.

Business Philosophy: Ethical, efficient and accepting care for all who need it while attempting to maintain a sustainable facility. Initially because of monetary constraints our philosophy must be severely conservative, but eventually with the generation of revenue our philosophy will continue to be focused on our clients by adding scholarships and participating in research projects.
To whom will we market: Nationally and locally, to those seeking exceptional education and. We would also like to work with the local colleges and universities to contract interns and attract research opportunities. Wounded Warriors and elderly populations will also be a focal point.

Special Needs Therapy: This industry is ever changing and evolving. Standards and certifications will continue to be required and will be a permanently expanding venture. In the near future equine therapy and canine therapy will be poised to become mandatory certifications. Our company is prepared to accommodate industry changes and will always be willing to work with staff on continuing education. We will establish relations with the local colleges and universities in order to provide ourselves and our workers every opportunity to gain the exposure and experience needed to expand our knowledge.

Important company strengths and core competencies: The owners bring valuable experience and knowledge to the table. One certified exceptional educator and one military member with medical experience are the head of this company. What that means in regards to our strengths is that management has the experience and certification to work specifically with the special needs community but also bridges the gap to those with newly imposed intellectual and physical disabilities such as Wounded Warriors and disabled veterans. This background also provides a pathway to local primary and secondary schools in the area. The flexibility with clientele as well as the ability to cater to a wide audience while giving the opportunity for local colleges and universities to conduct research will allow this company to excel as well as bolstering volunteering and interning while keeping cost as low as possible.
