Sunflower Strength & Conditioning is a community minded fitness club offering small group, functional fitness classes, led by trained and experienced coaches.
Workouts are designed to challenge you physically and mentally. We strive to bring functional fitness to all individuals, regardless of current fitness level.
We do not prescribe to a globo-gym philosophy! We don't use equipment like ellipticals, treadmills, or weight machines, but focus on body-weight exercises, barbell/dumbbell movements, and active mobility. Workouts are intense, but can and will be modified to suit your needs.
