Sunny Side Up

'Sunny Side Up' is a fabulous beach house for your gathering in a prime location on Pensacola Beach! Elegantly designed and well-equipped for family living, it features 3200 square foot of indoor space plus 3000 square feet of open and covered decks on three levels. The house is light and airy and designed for multiple families on holiday. The main living area is on the third level with stunning views of the Gulf, the Sound and gorgeous sunsets all year round. With three Master Suites plus two bunk rooms, there is ample sleeping space for up to sixteen people where everyone gets a real bed.

The third level features a large open floor plan kitchen/living/ dining room area, a King Suite, and a Bunk Room with a twin over full bunk + full trundle. The second level features two King Suites and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks. All of the bedrooms have TV's, water views and access to the balcony. There is a laundry room on each level, and an elevator for easy accessibility.

The outdoors are as fantastic as the interior with wrapround balconies on the 2nd and 3rd levels plus an amazing rooftop sun deck accessed via spiral staircase from the 3rd level.

Sunny Side Up is located in a gated community on the part of Santa Rosa Island known as Pensacola Beach; this intimate neighborhood has a private pool, community fishing pier, and is nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound - both just steps away!

The island path is just outside the neighborhood entrance and runs the entire span of the Island - all the way East to Navarre Beach or West to Ft. Pickens. It's perfect for walking, running or cycling; adult and children's bikes are available for use with helmets. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and various beach toys. Feel free to use ours and/or donate yours to the collection when you leave.
