Sunnyside Creamery LLC

Sunnyside Creamery is a local, family owned and operated cheese company that sells cheese made from milk on our farm in Hanover, MN. The farm consists of a mix of 50 Brown Swiss and Jersey milking cows. We are involved in every aspect of the farm; from panting the seed, harvesting the crops, milking the cows, and making the cheese, we are always there making sure that the highest standards are met, and the best product is produced. We are currently in the process of becoming GMO free, and our milk has always been rBST and hormone free.

We make the cheese at the University of Minnesota's Pilot Plant on the St. Paul campus. We currently specialize in aged, raw milk cheddar cheeses, but we plan to branch out and experiment with different thing such as fresh cheese curds and other varieties of cheeses.
