Posting Guidelines

In addition to posting articles/information related to aging or educational topics, purpose of the City of Sunnyvale Senior Center’s Facebook page is to inform residents and other fans of the activities, programs, and events happening at the Senior Center. We reserve the right to remove comments that are off-topic, politically charged, offensive, inflammatory or defamatory of individuals or organizations.

We do not allow solicitations or advertisements. This includes promotion or endorsement of any financial, commercial or non-governmental agency. Similarly, we do not allow attempts to defame or defraud any financial, commercial or non-governmental agency.

Any comment submitted to this page and its list of fans may be considered a public record which is subject to disclosure pursuant to the California Public Records Act. Public information requests must be directed to the City's Communications Office at Communications@ci.sunnyvale.ca.us or by using our webform at our website Sunnyvale.ca.gov.

Comments posted to this page are monitored. Any inappropriate content will be removed as soon as possible; however the City of Sunnyvale disclaims any materials which cannot be removed in an expeditious manner and further disclaims all responsibility and liability for material considered inappropriate for posting.
