Sunrise Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is located on the South side of Historic San Antonio, Texas. Our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center provides focused rehabilitation to home programs, short term respite stays and long term care placement. The staff members are committed to supporting the highest level of independence for those we serve. We
believe that while someone is with us "this" is their home and we strive to make them feel as though they are home.

* Admissions are accepted 7 days a week and transportation is provided to our facility.


Skilled Nursing Care and Rehabilitation to Home: Rehabilitative, restorative and medical services to return patients to their highest level of functioning as quickly as possible. Our team of professionals provides you with the personal care and therapy you need.

Long - Term Care: Individuals who can no longer function independently at home may require long-term placement and 24 - hour nursing supervision and assistance.
