Sunshine Barre Studio is more than your average barre class .We have made sure to provide a complete full body workout , most barre programs do not include cardio here at Sunshine Barre Studio we definitely provide low impact but HUGE results with our cardio segments ! We use light hand weights , resistance bands , balls ...and most recently added Fluiballs we are the 1st Studio in the US to provide them to our members . It is a tool to help us engage our core and keep our mind body focus through out our workout ! They are weighted and extremely affective . Sunshine Barre Studio provides many different styles of Barre we do Cardio Barre < Classic Barre < Fluibarre < Kick your own Ass Barre ! My main concern is you leave with a smile and feeling really proud of what you just put yourself through . I teach from my heart and with a passion ,vibe is everything to me we have multi color lights so we can Pulse < TuckTargets multiple muscle groups at once: It’s a highly efficient workout since you’re doing two to four movements—holding, pulsing, stretching—at a time in each move. Working all these areas at once also helps raise the heart rate.
Improves mind and body concentration: The smaller movements in a barre class can bring a new level of awareness to the body that you don’t get in regular strength workouts. Barre can improve muscular activation for frequently underused muscles by strengthening the neuromuscular (mind-body) connection.
Increases endurance: The constant strength training also helps with increasing your heart rate and endurance. The small movements are done fast-paced style, with short breaks here and there to catch your breath.
