SUNY JCC Total Fitness Center offers members equipment that includes a full line of Life Fitness machines plus Life Step computerized cardiovascular equipment, treadmills, and other cardiovascular exercise options. Free weights are also available.

Personal Trainers and Instructors are on hand provide users with exercise techniques and information on equipment use.

A basketball court, racquetball court, and a 1/10 mile walking/jogging track are located in the facility.

Also available to members are a full size swimming pool, whirlpool, diving pool, and steam room.
