We have our own studio in Norfolk, VA near Norview Ave. We also travel to where ever our client needs us to. We train in homes, parks, hotel rooms, at your workplace, in the stairwell on your lunch break, Where ever! We can even do 15, 20, or 30 min sessions. Whatever you need to get you to your goals is what we are going to do.
