Superior Adult Care & Activity Center

Adult Day Center located in Terrell, TX. Licensed by the Department of Aging and Disability Services.

Our facility offers a safe environment where clients are provided with an opportunity for socialization and emotional support. We facilitate the activities and programs to make sure that our clients are making the best use of the time they spend with us.

A Registered Nurse is in charge of health concerns. An Activities Director plans and facilitates activities in the center. A Registered Dietitian assist with special diets and plans menus. Care attendants provide care for our seniors and mentally challenged adults and assist them with activities of daily living.
