Construction Cleaning
1. Clean all windows and frames (includes inside and out and tracks, paint, glue, sticker removal etc)
2. Perform thorough cleaning of restroom (includes bathtubs, tub surrounds, showers, stalls, sinks, and toilets etc)
3. Clean inside cabinets and drawers
4. Clean all light fixtures
5. Clean all doors and frames
6. Remove dust from all areas
7. Sweep, vacuum and mop/scrub floors
8. Pressure washing available

Home cleaning

We can provide you with home cleaning doing all the basic chores you may not have time to do or simply just do not want to do. We bring our own supplies so there is no need to worry about having to show us your cleaning supplies. We begin by seeing the home to give the quote and give a price once a price is established we can set a date to come out and clean. We also offer continuous cleaning if you would simply like to setup a schedule to just come out and clean we can definitely accommodate you as well.

Pricing
• $200/per apartment. 3 rooms includes all windows
• $150/per apartment. 2 or 1 room includes all windows
• $20/ per apartment/ Re-cleaning
• $300/per house call for quote
• All pricing is based on general previous pricing, prices may change
