Support the Viking Regiment

Over the last couple of years, the state and local budgets have created deficits in the performing arts programs at many schools throughout the State of California. Our kids participate in fundraisers throughout the year, but with the budget getting tighter and tighter every year we will not be able to keep up with the cost of buses, instrument repairs, and sheet music, just to name a few. The band program here at Mountain View has gone through some challenges over the last couple of years; I am the third band director in five years and have a booster club that is being slowly being rebuilt. But with all of the troubles, these kids have heart and I want to give them an eventful school year.
