Chef Miguel Aguilar opens his first Restaurant in New York, bringing over 20 years of experience. Formally trained under Iron Chef Bobby Flay he developed a passion for gourmet cuisine strongly engrained in his heritage, creative flair and a nose for quality, making him a bonafide Peruvian Cuisine Master. He has been named by many “The Best Peruvian Executive Chef in New York City”.

His wealth of experience coupled with his natural charm, Chef Miguel is delighted to bring his culinary traditions and expertise to Park Slope, Brooklyn.
