Surfside’s private beach can be accessed directly from the pool area. Don’t want to bring your umbrella and chairs for the beach? We have you covered! Two free beach set ups (4 chairs/2 umbrellas) are included when you book either of 3 bedrooms – a $400 instant savings. And the pool area is spectacular too. Surfside has a large heated pool, 2 hot tubs, kiddie pool, 2 saunas, a changing area, and huge pool deck where you can relax with your family and friends.

Head to the beach from the pool deck over the only beach walkover on our stretch of the gulf or access the beach quickly and safely from the lobby. Picnic tables (covered and open) are provided on each level of our beach tower to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises over the sugar white sand and emerald green water Destin is so famous for.

Our 1,600 sq. ft. condos provide enough space for you to live comfortably for the duration of your stay – a week or months. Relax on our 28’ private balconies, accessed from each room, and enjoy morning coffee, picnic lunches, perfect sunsets, dinner under the stars and late night conversation. After the sun sets, the city night lights are incredible! The 2nd master suites open to their own private balconies with a sunrise view of the bay from 1412 and the emerald waters of the gulf from 1002 .

The spacious, open concept living rooms/dining rooms/kitchens provide the perfect setting to relax or entertain! Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen table for 4, serve the kids lunch at the bar, or entertain guests in your beautiful dining areas. Kick back and watch your favorite show or movie on our high-def 55” flat screen TV in either condo. DVD, free cable and fiber optic high speed WiFi are included.

Ready to eat? Our kitchens have beautiful granite counters, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet and counter space. And, we have tried to equip our kitchens with your every need in mind. Simply add food from Winn Dixie a few blocks away. Want to grill? Surfside has grills and picnic tables for your grilling needs.

Don’t want to cook? Surfside has an on-site restaurant, the Royal Palm Grill that serves seafood, steaks and pizza. The poolside Tiki Bar (seasonal) serves sandwiches and cold drinks. And there are many fabulous restaurants nearby!

Sleep like a king in our beautifully decorated master suites that have king size beds, separate dressing areas, walk-in closets, private baths with a tub and shower or walk in shower. All of this, gorgeous views, flat screen TV/DVD, and balcony access to enjoy your morning coffee.

The spacious 2nd bedrooms have 2 full beds, large closet, flat screen TV/DVD, and balcony access with gulf/bay views. The 3rd bedrooms are another master suite with a king bed, private bath with shower, separate dressing area, kitchenette, flat screen TV/DVD, and private balconies with beautiful bay or gulf views.

OFF SEASON, OUR CONDO CAN BE RENTED AS A 1, 2, OR 3 BEDROOM UNIT. The 3rd bedroom can be 'locked off' from the rest of the unit and rented as an efficiency unit during the off season. Contact us for special pricing.

Towels and linens are provided. Cleaning service during your stay is also available for an extra fee (contact will be provided upon request).

For the sports enthusiasts, Surfside’s fitness center is free of charge! The sports deck includes tennis, basketball, and volley ball courts, as well as shuffle board. If golf is your game, our location is perfect for you. With over a dozen courses in the area, the only decision you will have to make is 'which course to play'.

For those of you who enjoy a walk or jog, there is a paved jogging trail that runs the length of scenic gulf drive. There is a board walk that spans the distance from Surfside to The Whale's Tail restaurant where you can enjoy a great breakfast or lunch while taking in the sights and sounds of our beautiful beach.
