Surya Yoga

Surya Yoga is a dedicated yoga studio for adults, kids and families. All levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced. We offer different styles of yoga such as Ashtanga, mixed level flow, beginner yoga, hot yoga, advanced vinyasa, kids and youth yoga! The room is heated to 80 degrees, except kids and family classes. Bring a mat, towel and water to drink after class. You can also rent a mat or towel. Surya Yoga also has a boutique that sells mats, towels, essential oils, and yoga clothes.
