In the village of Harlem in upper Manhattan stands a Michelin-Starred Sushi Restaurant. One that is great in the old world tradition of true Japanese sushi restaurants in every way. It is called Sushi Inoue. It stands on the corner of 129th Street and Lenox Avenue. Otherwise known as Malcolm X Boulevard. Standing tall behind the sushi bar is the Sushi Master – Chef Shinichi Inoue. He is from Nagasaki, Japan. He has been creating great Sushi for over 20 years.
Chef Inoue loves to use only the best, choosing premium fish each day and using the traditional Japanese menu style of serving the guests called Omakase, which means, “Trust Me”. No California Rolls here, only premium vegetable, rice and fish.
