WHY I CHOSE PREMIER:

I've been with the same company full time for 15 years. In May of 2014, while working on a crazy swinging night shift, I decided it was time for a change. I went back to school! The schedule at the time made things tough and stressful for my famly. In March 2015, a miracle happened and another job in the same company was offered to me with a daytime Mon-Fri day schedule! The only catch--a HUGE pay cut. I knew it would be worth the sacrifice to reach the goals I'd set for myself and my family. With my evenings and weekends now open, I had the opportunity to earn some extra income to make up for the pay cut... but how? My cousin, Andie, introduced me to Premier and what it has done for her family. It all just fell into place! So now here I am, a Premier Designs Jewelry Lady!


ABOUT PREMIER:

In 1985 Founders, Joan and Andy Horner wanted Premier Designs to be an opportunity for mothers to stay home more with their children. They wanted to provide encouragement and extra income for single moms, as well as, provide a way for individuals, especially those in full-time Christian work, to meet their financial needs. And last but not least to be a company that would support ministries around the world and in America.


PHILOSOPHY:

We believe God created every person with value. We believe life’s priorities should be God, family and career. We believe in America and the free enterprise system. We believe that people are our most important asset.

PURPOSE:

Our purpose is to enrich every life we touch. Provide people a way to find identity, achievement and success. Meet the personal and financial needs of all who become part of our Premier Designs family.

OBJECTIVES:

God demands fairness in every business deal. He sets the standard and we desire to honor Him. To grow wisely and profitably. To enrich every life we touch. To provide excellent service.
