Our worship consists of those activities authorized in the Bible for Christians. On the 1st day of the week (Acts 20:7), the Lord's Supper is celebrated (1 Corinthians 11:24-34), God is praised by singing and the congregation worships in prayer(1 Corinthians 14:15). God's word is the basis for all teaching (Acts 2:42). Each member gives as he has purposed in his heart (1 Corinthians 16:1-2, 2 Corinthians 9:7).
We believe and teach the full message of the crucified and risen Lord as recorded in the Bible. We urge all to accept God's gift of eternal life. God's grace, in Christ, includes a plan for forgiveness of sins involving repentance toward God and faith in Jesus as Lord and Christ, the Son of God. (Romans 10:9-10, Matthew 10:32-33), and baptism by full immersion (Acts 8:38-39) for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38, 22:16), followed by a life of faithful service to Christ and to our fellow man (ohn 13:34-35, Romans 12:1-2). We encourage everyone to obey God. We consider it a joy to help and be of service.
