After graduating from high school I became more health conscience. Due to the fact that my mother had skin cancer and thyroid problems. My father became diabetic with high blood pressure. I decided to make a change at a very young of 18. I wanted to change my lifestyle and make a difference amongst my family, friends and peers. I knew the best route first was to take the more educational route. Which was starting off with a trainer instead of doing it on my own with no guidance or direction. I was too insecure to go to the gym by myself without knowing what to do. He gave my amazing results that others started to notice. I began talking only about fitness and was attracting people for my training services I didn't even offer at the time. I was originally in veterinary college. I found my calling and I changed my major to Fitness & Exercise at Robert Morris University in downtown Chicago. I landed a personal training job six months into school at Bally Total Fitness in the heart of the city. I then started getting into competition bikini competing and won 1st place at my first competition. I then was promoted to Fitness Director after just one year as a trainer. I re-opened a closed gym and lead a personal training team. Bally Total Fitness was bought out from L.A Fitness and I left to work for Fitness Formula Club West Loop. Once after working there everything became clear. I was good enough to start my own brand and go for my dreams. I started SuttonStrong. I am currently on the steps to training celebrity clientele and have a few under the radar. So I still have time to train those in the Chicagoland area for now. Eventually you can have possible bragging rights, see me on tv and say, "That's my trainer!."
