Swagler Strength is a fitness facility serving clients in the Auburn, NY area with a focus on all aspects of fitness, including weight loss, sports conditioning, mental toughness, passion, self-confidence, and then some. Owner and Head Performance Coach Jamie Swagler and his staff bring a strong training and educational background with a passion to inspire others to get better everyday. Our goal is to impact and change the lives of the people who enter our facility in a positive way.
