SWEAT studio offers a variety of effective non-impact cardiovascular workouts that will strengthen your heart, burn unwanted calories and make you sweat.

SWEAT fitness studio has been designed to use all the natural light to the maximum to insure the ultimate experience and feel to your workout with an entire wall of windows, frosted glass, warm brown wooden tones, professional grade Nike rubber flooring, top-of-the-line low-profile stereo sound, all new fitness equipment + weights, and much much more.

We offer multiple levels of classes; we have a class to accommodate all levels of fitness and experience.

BarreCardio: Our signature class is so powerful. It is designed to spike your heart rate through cardio dance and boxing sections combined with full body sculpting of both small and large muscle groups. Everything in this class has a purpose. The format is well scripted so that you burn fat and create lean muscle. TAKE this class four times a week and you will see major results.

Sweat Hot Yoga: A power flow class designed to make you sweat. All levels are welcome. We offer modifications for the new students and options for the advanced level students. Every class is choreographed to amazing music in a heated room between 85 and 90 degrees.

Focus: A Barre Yoga blend, challenging with medium intensity. Starting slow and building intensity going in and out of quick movements into more controlled movements for optimal calorie burning while sculpting lean muscle. The room is heated to 80 degrees.

Sweat Cycle: Are you ready to sweat? This is no warm up. Our cycle classes have peaks and valleys. You will begin your class with arm and core segments to engage your entire body, so your legs can be well fueled for the intense 45 minute session. Our instructors will guide you through a high-energy cardio ride with amazing playlists.

Cycle Barre: 30 minutes of our Sweat Cycle for your cardio portion of the class and 30 minutes of weights, seat and core to tone and sculpt the body. This class has it all. You will burn calories and tone muscle from top to bottom.

Private Instruction If you have an injury, concern or are just getting started we also offer private instruction.
