What do you want? A question many of us would answer with, "To be happy". When we get real with ourselves what we truly want is typically not to be skinny or to look like the cover of bodybuilder magazine or the cover of Vogue.

What makes you happy? Perhaps happiness comes from being able to do the activities you love. To be fit enough to enjoy those activities, recover quickly and do them again.

Happiness is often found in community and in love. And as we know deep down, love for Self is the precursor to a sustainable love with others.

Sweaty Happy People is about helping people find their happy place. We're about providing fitness opportunities to build fitness safely and effectively while having fun in a loving and caring community.
