Sweet Alfas

Sweet Alfas is a family-owned online bakery featuring the Peruvian alfajor. Founded by Melissa Casaretto, wife and mother of 3 daughters, Sweet Alfas was launched in 2013 after a successful holiday fundraising effort Melissa conducted selling these delicious little cookies. When she realized how much people liked them, she thought it made sense to continue as a full-time business.

Without compromising taste and texture, Sweet Alfas has taken their family recipe that has been handed down through the generations and updated it using the most natural and highest quality ingredients. In addition to baking the traditional alfajor, they also incorporate fun variations that make these delectable sandwich cookies even more unique. Each cookie is handmade and baked to order from a local commissary in beautiful Elizabeth, CO.
