Sweet Caroline started out as a source for budget friendly, boutique style clothing for today's chic and contemporary Hot Mama! We ship Nationwide, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and have even sent items to New Zealand!

Here at SCB, we offer all of the latest fashion trends at affordable prices! Customer Service is our number one priority.
Although SCB no longer has their weekly Flash Sales, there are many interactive ways to connect through FB. We have many giveaways, customer contests, and Brand Reps often. All new merchandise debuts on our Facebook Page and then are available for purchase, as the new seasons arrive.

Our owner, Sarah Berdiel, gave up Corporate America in order to be a stay-at-home mom of two. Loving all things girly, she is a fashionable mom who turned her love of clothing, make-up and saving into a flourishing and rewarding business.
Recently, SCB's store front opened at 6265 Pearl Road in Parma Heights, Ohio. Sarah and Becki, sisters and business partners, have brought on 4 additional employees.

SIZING: Although sizes sometimes vary from each designer, you can assume the following:

{Reg} S (2-4) M (6-8) L (10-12)
{Curvy} 1X (14-16) 2X (18-20) 3X (22-24)
{Lil} XS (2-4) S (6-8) M (10-12) L (14-16) XL (18-20)

*SCB will let you know if there are any items that are running small or big as they come in.

Once you have ordered your product and paid your dues, we will ship your items to you. Ground shipping is what we use and it generally takes 7 - 10 business days from date your invoice is PAID. Pre-order items generally have a longer shipping time frame and unless otherwise stated, will run about 3-4 weeks.

Unhappy with your item? We will take it off your hands as long as it is not worn or washed. Returns will need to be received back from you within a week of your delivery date. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. IF you are planning to send something back, please contact a member of our team at ShopSweetCaroline@gmail.com to notify us so we can give you all the fun details of how to proceed.

Once returned to us within the allotted time-frame, a store credit will be issued. Shipping is also non-refundable. Store credits expire 6 months from the date they are issued.

*We do not accept returns on earrings, bathing suits, underwear, hair accessories or hats.
