Sweet Doughmestics

I don't know about you, but when someone says "dessert anyone?" I'm like the first one in line. There's just something about sweets that just makes me feel so good inside. According to researchers, sugar is found in a variety of foods from a bottle of ketchup to a batch of homemade cookies. And even though we live in a society where sugar's effects on blood glucose can vary in different people...moderation should always be exercised :)
And then there are those people who prefer sweets and get to feel the effects which could result in them being friendly, compassionate, and yes--sweeter : ) YAY...well, most of the time :) Ok, when we eat something sweet, the brain releases natural chemicals which give the body a feeling of intense pleasure. Okay, lets pause really quick here...hmmm intense pleasure by eating something sweet? Everyone wants to feel good and be happy, but it doesn't mean everyone is :D So, what if you could get an emotional pick-me-up from something sweet? It's also said that eating chocolate also makes the brain release endorphins which can be comforting and mood elevating, therefore making us feel happy. Our goal at Sweet Doughmestics is to be able to provide a stress free, joyful moment by delivering quality baked goods while keeping that happy momentum going :)
