I have been the baker in my family for as long as I can remember. Many of the recipes I use have been tested again and again, tweaked until they are fantastically delicious.
I use only quality ingredients with names you can pronounce and as few ingredients as possible to get the job done.
I am still practicing my decorating skills, so please bear with me through pictures of my progress.
I do have a food handlers card, am ServSafe certified and registered with the county. I am very strict about cleanliness in my kitchen. I can make some things gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free and/or vegan. However, please keep in mind that this kitchen does use all those ingredients at some point, so some contamination may occur, no matter how I try.
