Sweet Necessities

Most of the chocolates are made by Toby. Besides the caramel he also makes to die for truffles, turtles, macadamia nut caramels dipped in Belgian chocolate, toffee, peanut butter cups, assorted brittles and barks. Fabulous fudge made from scratch in small batches using real ingredients...not a mix.
Some of the bulk candy includes Dutch mints, Jordan almonds, licorice, chocolate covered espresso beans, several varieties of malted milk balls, taffy, old fashioned candy sticks and Seattle Chocolates (bulk, packaged and bars) and Chukar Cherries.
Also available is a nice assortment of sugar free chocolates.
Gourmet foods include package mixes of soup,
muffins, scones, breads, and dips. Local honey, jams, syrups, mustards, salsas and pepper jellies are available.
If you are a tea lover this is the place! A wall of loose leaf tea of around 100 varieties of black, green, white and oolong. Plus many varieties of Rooibos, Honeybush and Herbal tisanes. Yes, there is chocolate tea!
And to go with all of those goodies is our fabulous espresso featuring Zoka coffee.
