Refunds and Exchanges- ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the custom nature of monogrammed & personalized items we do not do returns on incorrect items on the buyers part. PLEASE make sure that the initials, colors, and fonts are correct before sending your order. Your business is so important to us. So if you have an issue with an item please convo me as soon as you can. I will work with you to find a solution.


I will replace any items that I made a mistake on for FREE. If it was my fault I am happy to send you a replacement for free. I work hard on making sure there are no mistakes, but I am human. All I ask is that you message me with a picture WITHIN 5 days of receiving it and I will gladly fix my mistake. I will not send a replacement without picture.

PLEASE message me before giving my shop a poor review. I am happy to work out something to ensure you are a happy customer. :)

DISCLAIMER: Sweet Pea's will not refund or replace any decals that were damaged during the application process, or incorrectly placed on a surface by the buyer. A set of instructions will be provided with your decals to help you with a perfect application.
