Welcome !
We are "Fondant Free" Home Bakers with over 20 years baking experience. We bake out of our home kitchen under the Texas Cottage Law and we are not subjected to inspections from the local health department and we are exempt from sales taxes. Both Owners obtain the required Texas Food Handlers Certificates under the law, and follow all rules and regulations.
We require all orders to be pre-ordered and we do require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits are required under The Texas Cottage Law and also reserve/guarantee your requested order date. If you have paid a deposit or payment than your order is confirmed. All orders over $20 will require a deposit of half the total balance due. All orders under $20 will require to be paid in full. We currently accept cash only. With the exception of out of town checks with proof of Identification. Our policy is "No Deposit/Payment, No Sweets"

Here is a little about ourselves, we are sisters, Julie is a stay at home wife and mom with a 12 year old daughter and Melissa is a wife and first time mom as of December 2015, who also has a full time job. Which means we are very busy, with our family lives, jobs, and our baking business. And sometimes life happens beyond our control.

We book quickly at times, weeks to months in advance. But please never hesitate to ask us about our available dates, because even though we book quickly...we can still possibly fill your order, depending on your request.

Our love of baking started out as a hobby, and has grown to a successful home bake business. We love what we do and take a lot of pride in all our sweet treats, so please understand that our sweets are not perfect as something you may expect from a professional bakery-they are home made....but each and everyone is made with love. And we know they taste great !! All our sweets are baked fresh per order, either the day of or the day before your event.
We love to bake ole school...all our recipes have been taught and passed down to us by our mom, who we lost in 2009 to Cancer.

We have lots of sweet treats and ideas to choose from, such as Cakes, Cupcakes, Upside Down Cake Pops, Decorated Sugar Cookies, Ole Fashion Cookies, Brownies, Fudge, Peach Cobbler and our 2 specialty pies - pecan and cinnamon apple crumb topping. Yum!
And even though we have lots of ideas, we are always open to new ones, so please bring us your ideas and we will do our best to achieve them in your sweet treats.
