Welcome to this comfortable rustic retreat! More photos coming soon! A circular driveway with parking spaces leads to quiet covered front porch. This high ceiling beam log home is well-appointed with new stainless appliances & granite counters in kitchen. The back deck has a new gas grill that is connected so you don't have to worry about a tank. The deck runs the length of the home and the Master bedroom also opens to the deck with the beautiful view of the water and dock. From the sunroom below, there are only 24 gentle steps to the water where there's plenty of room to play! The dock house is available to use and offers relaxing floats, a radio for dock music, some life jackets and a small refrigerator. A kayak is also available for your use. Our jetski and boat are not available for use but we invite you to use the Public boat launch in the neighborhood and bring your own which can be easily tied to the dock cleats with 11-12ft depth. The dock also has a filet table that can be easily hosed clean after you prepare your great catch for dinner! At the top of the driveway, walk across the street to the Community Pool (no lifeguard on duty). Upstairs, the Master bedroom has it's own bath and a Queen bed.The living room has warm gas fireplace. One of the additional room upstairs boast a Twin over Full with Full trundle bunk set. The other has a Queen with a Full Futon sofa if needed. Downstairs, the bar is a great place to relax and play darts. Bring your own Xbox or watch TV with 3 HD TVs that have BlueRay players. Basement Full Futon can be used for additional sleeping. Beyond the wood stove downstairs is the King bedroom with bathroom. This house is on Public Water and has a Kinetico Water Softener installed. Includes linens and washer/dryer.Kitchen also has crock-pot, blender, toaster, and coffee-grinder. No pets please. The Public boat ramp is just down the street in the neighborhood and the Community Pool is just across our driveway so come to play!
