NOW TEACHING AT TWO LOCATIONS: UWS=UNDERWATER SPORTS, SAC=SEATTLE ATHLETIC CLUB NORTHGATE.

We can teach anybody to swim if they have the desire and commitment. And we succeed when other programs fail. In fact, our lessons are a greater value because we typically require fewer total lessons to achieve success.

Did you know many other swim instructors only get eight hours of training? Our gurus, led by an industry expert, get trained for over 100! And we’re mature adults—not kids—who love to swim, teach and are passionate about water safety. Simply, we know exactly what to do in any situation, and we make lessons fun! Of course, all of us are CPR/AED and First Aid certified.

Our instructors are focused on you/your child’s needs. Our private indoor heated pool is calmer and quieter. And private instruction is the most effective way to learn basic swim and water safety skills. With a solid foundation, our smaller group lessons (4 students max.), semi-private or continued private lessons help you/your child advance faster!

Our methods provide new or reluctant swimmers a foundation of critical basic independent swimming skills. We help you or your child get the confidence you need to begin to enjoy swimming and progress through more advanced stroke work throughout your/your child’s life.
