Synectics for Management Decisions, Inc. (SMDI) is statistical and research services, mission support services, data integration and business intelligence services, and information technology (IT) solutions to support Federal Government programs.

SMDI employs dedicated professionals, who help provide our expanding customer base with a full range of information technology (IT) services. Key customers include the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the National Science Foundation, the Department of Education, and the Bureau of the Census, among others.
