Here's a little bit about me: My name is Cathy Jackson. I am the sole owner/operator of Synergy Fitness. I am a Certified Master Personal Trainer, Certified Holistic Health Coach, LPN and Lifestyle Coach. I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for over 25 years (almost 30 years to be exact)
I am passionate about helping people improve their health through exercise and proper eating. I focus on teaching people how to change from Conventional eating to eating a more if not all Organic Foods.

I am certified throught FITour, and has held numerous certifications through AFFA, Aerobic Pipeline, NDEITA. I am currently working on a certification through ACSM. I am a active member of ACSM's Alliance of Health & Fitness Professionals,
Member of IDEA, Certified TLS weightloss coach.
