Matt Linnevers is a Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has been working with athletes, post rehab clients, and fitness enthusiasts for over ten years.
Matt is proud to be the strength and conditioning coach for the John Kim's Martial Arts Discipline House Mixed Martial Arts fight team, one of the most successful teams in the region. He also works with the Excalibur Soccer Club, created and implements the brutal Battle Strength program, and was a contributor to the KIextreme group fitness system.
Matt works together with medical and manual therapy professionals to ensure injured and post rehab clients are assessed for dysfunction and proper corrective strategies and training protocols are used to return to high activity levels and risk management techniques keep them injury free longer.
