Taking a tag team approach, Matthew and Geri Mahaley have combined their energy to bring a very dynamic approach to health and fitness.

Our missions statement is simple: "To add value to the lives of our clients by helping them reach their health and fitness goals and live long, fulfilling lives.

We offer a wide range of classes like the live formats of Beachbody's P90X, Insanity, and PiYo. We are also licensed Les Mills instructors for BODYPUMP®, BODYCOMBAT®, LES MILLS GRIT™, BODYFLOW®, and CXWORX™. While we don't currently offer the Les Mills classes, we working to bring them back within the next few months. Keep an eye on this page for more details.
