Tabernacle of Praise Church was founded in Selma, AL in 1988 with Effell Williams, Sr. as the pastor. TOP Church has grown from its original 7 members to over hundreds on today. TOP Church is a spirit-filled contemporary church with lively worship, teaching, preaching, music, and singing.
