It all started when our fearless leader and CEO William Manzanares decided to close down one of his smoke shops and convert it to a quick-serve, natural convenience store, featuring ready made meals, organic products, and fresh produce. It takes guts to close down a successful business to try a brand new concept, but this is one cause we believe worth the risk.

Everyone wants to eat healthier – but time and money get in the way. Who has time to cook a fresh meal every night, let alone 3 meals a day. And as soon as you start going down the organic and fresh trail, you end up at fancy and expensive stores that almost always break the bank. Enter, Tacoma Fresh.

Tacoma Fresh is a brand new concept. You park, you walk in, you grab a ready made meal that you just need to heat up, or maybe grab a few fresh produce items you need for your dinner recipe. Or maybe, its a lunch break stop where you buy a few healthy snacks to get you through the day. It’s “fast food”… but not the kind we think of when we hear those words… just because it’s fast doesn’t mean it has to be unhealthy. This is fast food that you’ll feel good about! And the prices won’t empty your wallet so you’ll feel good about that to.
